The law office of JUDr. Petr Procházka was created as the result of initial balancing of the merit of professional practice until now in a joint law office, the emphasis of which was placed on establishment of a separate company. The creation of the new entity was initiated by the intent to make best use of the many years of experience gained in practicing law for the benefit of the clients.

JUDr. Petr Procházka specialises in a private approach to the client, on the basis of individual trust and an empathic approach he is always willing and prepared to devote more personal care to the client than is usual. From the very beginnings of his legal practice he has devoted his efforts to provision of almost the whole spectrum of legal services in terms of the legal system of the Czech Republic.

The philosophy of my practice is constant building on trust between me and my clients and the ability of people to get on together and cooperate over the long term to achieve common goals. Trust stands on the foundations of the honest and comprehensible behaviour of people, when other people are able to recognise this trustworthiness and appreciate it.
